对于二次欺诈红，解封可能性很低，但可以反复尝试。目前已有一例解封成功。

对于商业红，涉及黑卡黑余额无解，其余情况可能有余地，但不适用本文。

Hello, I just learnt that my steam community was banned and my account got a 200 CNY auto deduction.

I immediately investigated this affair, and got to know that a merchant from a networking platform (called XianYu) used illegal steam balance in a deal with me. In this transaction, he claimed that I can get 200 CNY balance by only giving him 150 CNY, and he emphasized that this deal is completely legal. Out of the reliability of the platform, I made the deal with him. But in the communication between us about one hour ago, he tacitly approved that the steam balance he used is illegal. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I’ve always obeyed and supported the regulations of steam store and community. This affair is really a fraud caused by that merchant. From the 100+ games I’ve bought and those in-app purchases, you could see that I am a longtime player. I really need steam community, so this ban is a severe penalty to me.

Hopefully, in consideration of the fraud and my need of steam community, you could lift the ban on me. I fully understand steam regulations and the reason I got banned, and guarantee that I won’t make such risky deal later.
